01 Who we are
This website and the workshops offered on it are operated by Junior10X, an initiative of Naresh i Technologies ("Junior10X", "we", "us"). By using this website or registering for a workshop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
02 Registrations by parents & guardians
Workshops are designed for children. Registrations must be made by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old and who agrees to these terms on the child's behalf.
- You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to register the child.
- Each workshop is designed for a specific age range, shown on its page. We may decline a registration that falls outside it.
- A registration is a request for a seat. It is confirmed only when our team contacts you to confirm it.
03 Workshops, schedules & changes
Workshop details — date, time (IST), duration, mode (online or in person), venue, age group and requirements — are shown on each workshop page.
- We may need to reschedule, change the mentor, or cancel a workshop for reasons such as low enrolment, mentor unavailability or circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you as early as possible.
- Seats are limited. Registrations close automatically when a workshop is full or when we close registrations.
- For online workshops, you are responsible for the device, internet connection and browser listed under the workshop's requirements.
04 Fees & payments
Some workshops are free; others carry a fee shown on the workshop page in Indian Rupees (INR). Where a fee applies, our team shares payment details when confirming your seat. A seat for a paid workshop is reserved only after payment is received.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
05 Participation & conduct
We want every session to be safe, respectful and fun. Participants are expected to:
- Treat mentors and other children with kindness and respect.
- Follow the mentor's instructions, including guidance on safe and responsible use of AI tools.
- Not record, share or redistribute session content or other participants' images, voices or work without permission.
We may remove a participant from a session whose behaviour disrupts others or puts anyone's safety at risk. For younger children in online sessions, we recommend a parent or guardian is nearby.
06 Use of AI & third-party tools
Workshops may use third-party websites and AI tools chosen to be age-appropriate. These tools are provided by their own operators under their own terms. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or unexpected; mentors use these moments to teach critical thinking. We do not ask children to create accounts with third-party services without informing the parent.
07 Content & intellectual property
The Junior10X name, logo, mascot, website and workshop materials belong to Junior10X / Naresh i Technologies and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Projects your child creates during a workshop belong to your child. With your separate, explicit consent only, we may showcase a project — we never publish a child's personal details.
08 Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care in designing and delivering workshops. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for issues caused by your own device, internet connection or third-party services, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any workshop is limited to the fee you paid for that workshop.
09 Privacy
How we collect and use personal information — including children's details — is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10 Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version; registrations are governed by the terms in force when they are made.
